Chinese Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce



Today, I will teach you how to cooking a kind of Chinese noodles, cold noodles with sesame sauce. In fact, it’s very popular in Summer in north of China. People like to hang out, drink drought beer, BBQ, and cold noodles. Actully, it’s very easy to cook. First, stew the noodles, and second, cooking sauce. Let’s see what ingredients you should prepare: noodles, cucumber, Chinese pepper, sugar, ground pork, Chinese vinegar, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, and sesame sauce. I suggest you buy those ingredients at Chinese supermarkets. Now, let’s cooking!


Put Noodles Into The Boiled Water, Stew For Six Minutes And Take Out. Then, Put Some Chinese Peppers Into Heated Oil. Then, put the oil into the noodles. Second, Make Sauce. Put Pork Into The Heated Oil. Stir One Minute. Add the cooking wine and soy sauce, stir two minutes and take out. after that, put some sesame sauce, chinese vinegar and sugar together, mix them and put them into noodles. some pork you fried before. finally, cut some cucumbers into some pieces.it makes noodle colorful. Now, a bowl of delicious cold noodle is finished.
